The staffs were professional and friendly. Excellent service! The rooms and toilet are spacious.

The hotel should add a flat sheet in addition to the coverlet / quilt placed on the bed. Public toilet at Samsara should have an air vent as it is stuffy despite it's good fresh smell.

I like the variety foods in breakfast. There's a lot of food that you can choose.

I don't like the room...air conditioning is not enough to give cold for entire room...no room slippers provided. No facial tissue provided...check- in time not followed...to bath towel besides swimming pool area. During my booking time they are telling no rooms available for my choices room only available the expensive room so they can get profit...during my stay we've found out that there still so may rooms vacant comparing for their information thatfully booked...which is not true.

The sea, the restaurant,, its really big place.

Actually i didn't get the room required, and then i told them, after that, i changed to another room but still similar the frist one. I told them again i have reservations room with a view.. They told me, ok tomorrow we will call you and change. But nothing happens.. I talked with them again. But no answer.. I'm sorry it's was a bad stay here. I already wrote a message to the manager.. ...

Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, fabulous food, great entertainment. We will return, we will also recommend our friends stay here.

There could be easier access to the top of the flood wall from the hotel. A fenced gate entry that would accept all room keys would ensure safety and security.

Awesome hotel & resort. Clean inside and out, great staff, nice pools, awesome food. Filipino and American cuisine. Free shuttle service to and from airport. You get what you pay for. So pay a bit more and come here.

Nothing at all

Lovely personal. The show every evening makes it entertaining for the children. The spa is very welcoming.

Although the property is on the beach, it is not possible to swim in the sea. Also the kids area is nice, it is not used by other kids so feels quite isolating going there.

If someone wants relaxation, this is the place to be with its location near the beach, the boulevard and McArthur Statue. The staff was very friendly and security is visibleall over the place so one feels secure inside the vicinity.

The bed was too firm. I woke up with a sore back.

- I like the food - hospitality of the staff - The room is big enough for the 4 of us - The spa is divine!!!

- Since we are next to the venue, noise can be heard inside our room - Its hard to close the bathroom door - The shower holder is loosen

The location was very convenient to the airport. The pool is clean and the breakfast buffet was great.

The room was not cleaned. The bed and the beddings was filthy and there was a stain on the bed itself. It was dusty. And the bathroom was over flowing with water when shower is being used.

breakfast was great as there is always new on the menu. the pools were also nice and clean. the ambiance of the hotel is conducive for relaxation.

the location of the hotel is far from the city center. but shuttle is always available when needed.

Le spa.

Personnel peu a l'ecoute, des attentes intermunables au restaurant pour des commandes finalement jamais passées. Une reservation au spa qui est decalée sans autre forme de proces. Et pour finir on nous vend une chambre avec vue sur mer alors qu'il y a des travaux avec grues circulant et travaillant de 7:30am à minuit !!! Une chambre plus en arriere etait moins chere et nous aurait eloigné du bruit. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet etablissement !

.... ma la stanza non è proprio bella come le foto su internet. c’è la ruggine nel bagno e gli asciugamani sono vecchi.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und überdurchschnittlich.

Es hat schon einen Grund, warum auf booking.com keine Pool-Fotos mehr zu sehen sind. Das sieht mittlerweile ganz anders aus als auf vielen Tripadvisor-Fotos. Jetzt trennt das Hotel und das Meer ein Wellenbrecher-Damm oder Tsunami-Schutz. Es gibt daher keine freie Sicht mehr vom Pool aufs Meer und am Pool liegen fühlt sich eher an als sei man in einer Betonwüste eingeschlossen. Ich kam zudem um 9 in der Früh im Hotel an. Für Early Check In wollte man eine halbe Tagesrate verrechnen. Das Hotel schien mir jetzt nicht übermäßig gut gebucht zu sein und das Zimmer war schon verfügbar - jedoch nur gegen Aufpreis. Ähnliches ist mir auf anderen philippinischen Inseln noch nicht passiert. Am Pool liegend war der Service null. Nicht einmal, dass jemand kam und mich fragte ob ich was trinken will. Und selbst als sie meine leere Flasche vom vorigen Getränk sahen, gab es keine Nachfrage. Für jedes Getränk musste ich selber aufstehen und es holen gehen. Geschäftssinn sieht wohl anders aus.

Frühstück war sehr gut, reichliche Auwahl. Leider wurde gerade am Strand gerade eine Hochwasserschutzmauer gebaut, aber ansonsten war wirklich alles tip top!!! AUch die Massagen, die wir genossen, waren 1a!

Schöne Anlage , Zimmer sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Zwei Pools. Personal sehr freundlich.

I super love the place, staff is so mababait, love the buffet breakfast also. Overall so relaxing.
